4-year-old Male Poodle mix - about 20 lbs - Loves other dogs
Shadow is a shy, but friendly boy that warms up quickly and really enjoys playing with other dogs. He needs a bit of work with house training, but he is smart and wants to please, so he'll catch on quickly. Shadow has not had a positive experience with men or children in his past but loves the ladies! He'd do best in an adult only home with patience, love and understanding. He is a real nice boy even though his past was not so nice to him.

Go meet their pets

We show some pets in Calgary at Sage Hill Pet Valu on the 1st Saturday (mostly cats) and at Chinook PetSmart (mostly dogs) on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of ever month.

We are a dog and cat animal rescue group serving Southern Alberta completely run by volunteers. We are in need of foster homes to keep some of our animals until adopted.
