Meet Toby! Toby is a 6 yr old puppy mill rescue. He has spent his whole life living in a barn. Toby is shy and sweet.❤️ He is discovering he really likes to be pet! Toby is very good with other dogs. He is looking to start his new life with an adopter that will love and spoil him while he continues to come out of his shell. Housebreaking is a work in progress. Breed unknown.
