Pinball is a 6 month old Havanese x Wheaten Terrier mix ready to cash in his arcade tickets on a fabulous forever home! Pinball was rescued from an abandoned arcade (ok he was rescued from the shelter). We promised to find this fluffy dude a perfect forever home and drove away, ready for a life of adventure! Pinball currently weighs 17 pounds and we expect him to be in the 20-22 pound range when he reaches his adult weight. If you’re ready for a fun-filled, fabulous new friend, come on down to the Doggie Protective Services Arcade and press “play” today!

Pinball is a fluffy ball of cuddles, kisses, and love for his people! He will absolutely melt into your arms and nuzzle into your neck and make you helpless to do anything other than fall madly in love with him. Pinball is the perfect combination of wanting to be around you whenever he can but also totally up for keeping himself occupied when he needs to. Just give him a stuffed toy or a rope and he’s off to the races. Pinball has the softest coat in the entire world and he loves taking a snooze as you brush him out. He is quite the ladies man and we know he will turn heads as he struts down the block on your arm! Pinball is more of a lounger than a marathoner. He loves a rope toy or a game of chase but he’s just as happy to snooze the day away on the couch with you. He’s super smart as well and very food motivated, so we know his trick rolodex will be bursting in no time! This zen dude is so calm, it’s hard to believe he’s still a puppy. Nothing phases our Pinball, not even a loud arcade! Our favorite thing about Pinball? His mountain climbing skills. He’s even made it onto the dining table. Wowza!

Pinball starts his day around 6:30 AM and goes outside for a potty break and some fresh air. He comes inside for cuddles in bed until he’s ready for breakfast. After he eats, he heads out on his morning walk around 8 AM. Post walk, he hangs out around the house and plays with his toys. He enjoys a long nap and then has some lunch. He goes out for some afternoon playtime and then waits for his humans to come home from school and work. He loves to play tag in the yard until it’s time for dinner and his evening walk. In the evening, he lounges in the living room with his foster family as he soaks up cuddles and gets his zoomies out as the day winds to a close. After one last potty, he heads to bed around 10 PM.

Pinball is sociable with dogs he meets while out and about. He would be an option for homes with or without other pups. He loves humans of all ages! Pinball is working on his leash walking manners and would benefit from continued training and socialization. Interested homes should be prepared to discuss plans for grooming. Ready to play? Adopt Pinball!

Pinball is an option for homes who have owned a dog in the last 5 years. Kids should be over the age of 7.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
