My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hardwood!

Hardwood is part of the Floor Litter.

He is sweet and fun loving. Gets along with other cats and kittens.
He is okay with being picked up. He is shy at first, but comes out of his shell quickly.
He likes to climb cat trees and look out the window at squirrels and birds.
He snuggles sometimes, when he is not too busy with other things.

Hardwood will be spayed/neutered at a later date, has age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, flea treated, combo tested for FIV & FeLV, and dewormed.

At the time of adoption you will receive all medical paperwork and be required to sign an adoption agreement stating you will bring the cat BACK to us to be fixed.

More about this rescue

The Furry Paws Foster Inn is a very small based rescue.
We mainly help stray kittens get off the streets and into loving homes. Sometimes friendly adult cats and dogs do come through the inn looking for homes themselves.
There is no set time limit for how long an animal can remain in our adoption program. As long as an animal maintains general good health and a sound temperament, we keep him or her until adopted. We work diligently to pair up adopters with the best animal match for their homes and lifestyles.
To make sure that our dogs and cats do not contribute to the pet overpopulation problem, every one is spayed or neutered that comes through the inn. The cost is included in the adoption fee, as are the costs of shots and other necessary care
