My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes: Sassie is all sweetness and has subsequently become a volunteer favorite with her easygoing and cuddly ways. Sassie was brought to the precinct before coming to us and she's settled in like a summery dream. Napping on her Kuranda bed, she greeted me by rolling over a bit, giving me just a peek of her absolutely perfect belly. Expertly nuzzling my hands until her cheeks rested in them like they were made for her, I felt in the presence of a genius. I was happy to sit, cuddle, and admire her skills for a bit, but definitely got the feeling Sassie could do it all day. Unfortunately, I couldn't but returned to check on my favorite beauty a little later. Sassie had hopped down from her Kuranda bed and was now snuggled up in a perfect little donut. Welcoming cuddles with the same enthusiasm, this is clearly a cat who knows what she likes and what she likes is cuddles! Currently housed in the busy hallway, Sassie seems remarkably unbothered by all of the everyday comings and goings, preferring instead to focus her energies on the important things like making new friends and finding her family.
