My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blue/Yellow—16+ Kids, Dog by Dog (Same Playstyle)

Elmer is a cautious, investigative type of personality and is very curious when in new surroundings. He walked pretty decent on leash, he slowed down after feeling pressure and reoriented to handler. Elmer did okay with handling but would whale-eye and muzzle punch when his hips or tail base were rubbed. He can warm up quickly to a person and will seek interaction, leaning into you. He plays nicely; if you work him up and get excited he will rough house with you and mouth you mildly. Loves a rope and will play tug, showed little to no interest in other toys. He knows a few behavior cues and takes redirection well but pauses for a second. Elmer startled easily but also recovered quickly. He wanted to bite the cane but followed the stroller around. He resource guards his food intensely; he lip curled and bit the hand once, he even tried a forward lunge. Did okay with the stranger but cautious. Did good with tester dog but was fixated and wouldn`t take redirection that well.
