Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

8 cats need a home in Fort Worth, Texas. 3 female spayed, 5 males neutered. All are 7 years old. 1 special needs cat. His name is Tom. He is between 5-6 years old. He has FIV. He has been in a cage so he would not infect the other cats. Only cats can catch this from an infected cat. My sister rescued all of these cats. She was diagnosed with lung cancer around 5 months ago. She just got out of JPS hospital. Fluid was building in her lungs so she couldn’t breathe. The doctors put in a tube below her lung to drain the fluid. It has to be kept very sterile. She has moved in with her son to get hospice. She can not even say bye to her babies. It makes me very sad. Currently, they are still in the motel room she lived in with all of them. A friend of hers is feeding them but I don’t know about the litter boxes. I don’t know how long she can continue to pay for the motel room. I live in California and am disabled in social security. It breaks my heart I can’t help her out. I do not have pics
