If you've ever wanted a baby deer, this little nugget may be perfect for you! With her big brown eyes, and body shape, this girl truly looks like Bambi, just without the spots! She is a sweet and affectionate, tiny 8 month old puppy at only 21 pounds. She has quickly captured hearts with her charming personality. Initially shy and a bit nervous, she blossomed within her first few days in her foster home, revealing her playful side as she zooms around the yard. Bambi loves to snuggle and will happily climb into your lap for some quality petting time. While she's still getting used to walks and the great outdoors, she's making progress and starting to feel safe outside. She would benefit from having a confident dog in the home to continue to help her gain the confidence to live freely and be herself in this scary world, as her furry foster siblings have.
With patience and love, Bambi is ready to find her forever home!
For anyone looking for a lost pet or considering adoption or fostering, we encourage you to make regular visits to the shelter.
