For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
My name is Babygirl! My little sister, Chloe, went to her home last week. Now it's my turn! I am about 1 year old and 50 lbs; I appear to be a retriever mix with maybe a touch of hound or terrier. I am good with dogs big and small; I am playful and also gentle! So far I appear housebroken; I haven't had much trouble knowing to go outside to do my business. I haven't much practice in the crate, but if you would like me to use one sometimes, I think I would be receptive to it - I don't seem anxious nor "afraid" of many things. I am medium energy, I like to play but I can also be a lounger! I am totally willing to learn and I want to please. I lived a life without much thought or attention to my welfare and I have been so appreciative of the comforts I am now given. I have probably been around many cats in my young life but ASCZ has not witnessed those interactions nor interactions with younger children. If you are interested in giving me a chance at a real life, here is the link to the application: https://asecondchanceforziva.org/adopt/adoption-process-application/
