I adopted Bodie from a rescue in my area, he loves people and loves to run and play outdoors. He sleeps with me or in his bed and is house broken, he will go to the door when he needs to go out. The rescue staff stated he did not like to be crated, when questioned further I was told it does not make him anxious, he just barks, I have not tried to crate him, however a few times I have left him in my room without me and he is fine with it. He walks on a leash but pulls.
He is a very high energy pet and gets excited, jumping and barking. I am currently living with my parents who are in their 70s, this behavior is not easy for them. I feel it will be better for Bodie to live in a home where he can be happy and playful.
