Kenna is an exceptionally sweet Cane Corso that just LOVES everyone! Tall, small, adult, kids, she’s just a fan of people :)
She loves affection, belly rubs and can’t get enough scratches and pats. She’ll even follow you around and gently nudge your hand for a pat :)
She absolutely loves her mealtimes and tho she has shown no food reactivity, we do feed her in her crate.
Kenna knows how to sit, wait and give eye contact.
She’ll even lay down for her ear cleanings!
She definitely needs supervision when outside - a fenced yard is required but she also needs to have someone watching - she tries very hard to not get in trouble but she is a Corso
If an unknown dog or human gets too close to the fence they do protect their territory.
For a Cane Corso she’s very calm and sweet tho
Kenna loves playing fetch and will bring it back for you again and again lol
She can be toy reactive with other dogs so no sharing toys.
Kenna will need her manners training continued - she responds very well and learns quickly so a little finishing should do the trick! She will pull on the leash some and she can be a bit pushy (and a little Velcro)
She may pester anyone sitting down as well as bother other pets in the home for attention.
Kenna does display dominant traits but accepts correction easily - some of it is insecurity and if play gets too physical she will tuck her tail
Kenna is spayed, utd on vax, good with other dogs, good with farm animals but cats are unknown
Currently in CA and can transport to CO within a few days of adoption!
