This cutie is Pecan and he's just recently arrived from down south. After such a long journey he's feeling nervous but we are doing our best to help him settle in! Pecan is just about 15 pounds, perfectly sized for a NYC apartment and someone looking for a BFF who will fit perfectly in their lap! This little sweetheart will make his new family very happy.

Please bring the following to your adoption appointment:

Photo ID with current address AND a copy of their utility bill with their current address.

Proof in Writing that Pets Are Welcome in the Building. This can be in the form of a lease, a letter from the landlord, or an email from the landlord.

Adopting a dog? Adopters must bring a leash, collar and harness.

Adopting a cat? Adopters must bring a sturdy, non-cardboard pet carrier. (Bedding optional but helpful)
