My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Captain Blake! The Captain is the lovable, silent type who likes to sit up high on a perch to watch all the swabbies muck about. Not much of a talker, kinda shy about approaching strangers, but wow can this cat sail a boat! Amazing. Super calm and totally affectionate, he even has a pencil-thin moustache on a black and white tuxedo fur pattern! Captain Blake is about 2 years old, UTD on vaccinations. You can see him at our Adoption Center in Oakland Park. If you or anyone you know would be interested in adopting, leave us a message at (954) 348-3858 or visit our website at Beyond9CatRescue.org and fill out an adoption application!

More about this rescue

Established in 2007, Beyond Nine Cat Rescue, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We’re an all-volunteer group of individuals dedicated to allowing cats to live safe, healthy and happy lives. We do not accept euthanasia as a solution to treatable medical conditions or as a means of population control for animals. Our goal is to see that no cat goes without food, shelter and medical care; that every cat is spayed or neutered and that as many cats as possible find loving forever homes – no matter how long it takes.
