Meet Jodi!

Jodi is an adorable 7.5-pound Yorkie/Maltese mix, just 2 years old. This sweet girl has overcome a tough start in life, having come from a home where she was neglected and under-socialized. Although she’s a bit timid at first, Jodi quickly warms up and will happily seek out pets and affection.

Jodi is currently working on her potty training, as her previous owner relied on pee pads. She absolutely loves being outside and would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can explore safely. While she tends to be a quiet companion, she will alert you with a little bark when new people arrive.

Because of her background, Jodi needs a loving forever home with someone who can spend plenty of time with her. She’s looking for a patient person to help her come out of her shell and show her the joys of the world. Jodi enjoys the company of small dogs but would be equally happy bonding with her human as an only pet.

In the photo, Jodi has been shaved down due to matting, but don’t worry—her beautiful coat will grow back and she will look stunning in no time! Jodi is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She has also had her dew claws removed and her teeth cleaned.

Our adoption fees vary depending on age, breed, handicaps, or other variables. We post adoption fees per dog. We try to go as low as possible. Please do not ask for a discount. The fees are donations, that keep our rescue efforts going.
