My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Email for details:
Grace is available for adoption in a foster home. If you're interested
in adopting, please email us at sdcadoptions@sdhumane.org

How this pet arrived:
Grace was brought in by her previous owner on January 30, 2024.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Grace! Grace came in with her friend, Sol #893330, and they will need to be adopted together! These two girls can be a little timid at first and are still getting used to human companionship. These gals would treasure unlimited timothy hay to munch on, extra space to run around in, and toys to keep them active and enriched! If you'd like to learn more about adding this pair to your family, come in and ask about them today!

More about this shelter

San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County. We not only care for 50,000 animals in our communities but also share the expertise we have gained through our innovative programs with shelters nationwide so they can save more lives in their communities.

While our influence is expanding nationally, our top priority is meeting the needs of San Diego. We provide exceptional care for all animals through world-class veterinary medicine, shelter and most of all: love.
