Dash is a sweet boy who loves treats, lying in the sunshine and snuggling on the couch or in bed. He is 4 years old, neutered, housetrained, and microchipped. He has short hair so no grooming needed, only baths.
I am looking to rehome him because my mother, who was living with us and helping care for them, is no longer with us. Additionally, I’ve returned to working in the office full-time, making it difficult to provide the attention and care he needs. He is now home alone all day and a lot on weekends because of my daughter’s busy sports schedule.
He is fully house-trained (never has accidents) and doesn’t chew or destroy anything but his toys. He loves to go on walks and sniff for squirrels. He loves treats! He knows basic commands, but can be a little hard-headed.
Ideally, he would go to a home with a retiree or someone who works from home a lot. He does well at doggy daycare, so another dog in the home would be fine.
