Here's what the humans have to say about me:

30 days ago this sweet girl had a string wrapped around her neck so tightly it was embedded into the neck the whole way around. If you look close to the video, you can still see how deep the lacerations are around her neck, it's very sad.
It's been 24 days since we had a little PUPdate and although her wounds are deep, she hasn't given up any type of hope or trust. She actually can't wait to be loved unconditionally!

Our rescue facility is located in Tijuana. Once our rescues are ready for adoption, they are transported to our adoption events in San Diego. We are also in Puyallup, WA! When we are there, our adoption events take place at the PetSmart on 156th Street.
