My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aug-2024: this sweet girl had a string wrapped around her neck so tightly it was embedded into the neck the whole way around. The video that was posted on @delmardogrescue IG shows how deep the lacerations were :(((

This sweet baby wants to come to San Diego and start a new life full of rainbows, tasty treats, lots of kiss, and a whole lotta love!! Would you be willing to take her in 'for now' or are you interested in taking her home FURever? Fill out an app on our website today!!

Go meet their pets

Our rescue facility is located in Tijuana. Once our rescues are ready for adoption, they are transported to our adoption events in San Diego. Pre-adopted and Foster-to-Adopt pets are included on our transports. Follow Del Mar Dog Rescue on Facebook and Instagram or visit our website and stay up to date on our rescues and adoption events.

We are also in Puyallup, WA! When we are there, our adoption events take place at the PetSmart on 156th Street.
