“The capacity for love makes dogs such rewarding companions." This makes us think of our wonderful Clark! If you want to adopt a medium sized companion, he could be the one!
Clark is as sweet as he is handsome, and that is saying a lot! His soft and silky tri color coat is perfect for petting, which he greatly enjoys. Clark is two years old.
One of our dedicated volunteers observes: "Clark is a high energy pup and has a great personality! He is very smart, takes direction, and knows sit. Clark is treat motivated and absolutely loves to run! He would make a fantastic running or hiking buddy. I think an active person/family would be his best fit."
Clark is a sought after companion on daily walks and enjoys being close by your side to explore the beautiful trails on our shelter grounds.
Clark looks forward to his outings in the fenced yard, where he loves to run and play. He is very agile and athletic.
He is the best cuddle buddy - Clark has such a loving heart and savors quality cuddle time.
He is a bright dog who wants to please and should master any commands you wish to teach him. He already knows how to sit.
Clark will be such a fun and loyal companion!
E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information!
Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Cheatham County Animal Control is committed to finding good homes for the animals that come into the shelter system. We work with rescues and adopters. We are a no kill shelter but we rely on people coming in to adopt!
All of our cats/dogs receive vaccinations that are appropriate for the age and health when they are at animal control. We also spay and neuter all of our animals. The adopter is responsible for all vaccinations and medical care after adoption.
