Beautiful, yet bashful Becky is looking for someone with true patience and a heart of gold. She’s a Shepherd/Collie Mix sprinkled with a bit of nervous nellie vibes. After calm, quiet time at her pace she’ll enjoy some gentle pets. As tempting as it may be to hug this fluffy 48lb cuteness, the kindest thing to do is to leave her alone. She is a bit of a klepto who doesn’t like to share her findings, so it’s important to trade for items she is hoarding. She enjoys the company of random objects so expect her hiding anything from slippers to TV remotes. Becky has not explored much of the outside in her 3 years of life, so she is solely wee-wee pad trained, but with soft-spoken words of encouragement she is slowly becoming a walking dog. Though she doesn’t mind a polite canine walking pal, she would prefer a home to herself. She has all the potential to be YOUR loving companion!

You'll meet with a counselor to determine a good match for you.

Meet the Pet

You'll meet pets you're interested in provided it's an appropriate match.

Sign Adoption Contract

We'll go over any behavior or medical notes so that you have a clear understanding of your pet's needs. You'll sign the notes and contract.

5.
Pay Fee

We only do adoptions in person (please bring all family members).

We will ask you to fill out our Adoption Survey at the shelter and talk to an Adoption Counselor, who will help you find your perfect match.
