10/16/24 “ Eva” is so willing to please. She has the spirit but not always the ability to listen 100% of the time. Eva is mischievous as with most large young dogs. She would likely counter surf if given the opportunity and has the ability to open doors with her mouth. She walks nicely on leash when given a few reminders to stay close as well as fully potty trained in her fosters home. She hasn’t been fully integrated into the other dogs in her foster home because she just got cleared to get off cage rest from her surgery. With proper introductions she could be fine with dogs and cats but likely not small children. She’s still quite fearful when it comes to loud noises and sudden movements. She’s looking for a gentle quiet home that would let her snuggle on the couch and maybe even the bed. She’s ok to sleep in her own bed at night but prefers to be in the same room as her humans.
10/2/24. "Eva" release day.The surgeons at the specialist hospital did a amazing job. She is so sweet and headed to foster to continue her recovery. Thank you to everyone who helped her. Please consider contributing to her surgical expenses.
