Here's what the humans have to say about me:
For 5.5 years Unagi was best buddies with my cat Percy, playing, wrestling, sleeping curled up together, eating from the same dish. He's is energetic, loving, and playful. His litterbox habits are excellent. Suddenly a few months ago, there was real violence mixed with the play. Percy suffered some wounds and I separated them. I had full exams with two vets, including bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal analysis. The only clue was some bad teeth. I them separated on Fluoxetine (Prozac) until he healed from the extractions. I reintroduced them but Unagi has PTSD. I am guessing they were playing and Percy popped him in the mouth. Sometimes he still freaks out and I found dried blood on Percy yesterday. Unagi is a whimsical, curious little rascal with an enormous purr motor. He has an intermittent cough (mild asthma) so I use low dust litter. He will jump into your lap, reach for you, headbutt and love on you.
He may be fine with new cats but I don't know.
