Hey, I'm Shania! I once lived in a house with a forgetful owner. One day, he decided to play hide and seek. He hid, I sought. But, whoops! He forgot we were playing and went to the grocery store. I ended up here at the shelter, still waiting for him to say 'boo!'. But don't worry, I'm all giggles and tail wags. I love to play, and I'm a laugh riot, if I do say so myself. More about this rescue

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer based organization dedicated to the welfare, care and adoption of abandoned and homeless animals. We also provide educational materials that will help pet owners with their animals. All of our animals are kept in foster homes. We also have rescue animals in need of medical care.

We do this because we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals in the community. We hope to do this through education, being an advocate for the animals, endeavoring to reduce animals over population (spay/neutering) and preventing animal cruelty.
