For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
PINTO BEAN AND JELLY BEAN ARE BONDED SISTERS AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER!
Meet Pinto Bean, one of six kittens from our Bean Litter!
At first, Pinto Bean was a bit shy, but she rapidly got over that. Like her sister, Jelly Bean, Pinto has a huge, giant purr. She does generally let Jelly take the lead in their joint activities. They both love their toys, and especially their cat tree. They are constantly zooming up and down the tree – usually together.
These two kittens are bonded sisters and must stay together. If you are looking for a wonderful pair of active, affectionate kittens, look no further! Just pick up the phone and give us a call for a “meet and greet” appointment. Pinto and Jelly will be waiting to meet you!

Prospective adopters meet with our Shelter Manager to determine an appropriate match for our animals. The adopters sign an adoption contract that identifies the condition of the animal, approximate age, any health issues, and conditions of adoption (e.g. indoor only, no declawing, etc). Adoption fee is $150.00 for kittens, and $85.00 for young, adult and senior kitties.
PFOA prefers to adopt to homes on the North Olympic Peninsula, but we do make (lots of) exceptions. Please call (360) 452-0414 to learn more about this kitty. A staff member will return your call.
All PFOA animals are vet-checked, current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and combo tested for FIV / FeLV.
