Juanita is as close to perfect as you can get. She came from a cruelty case and despite her rough start to life, she hasn't lost her ability to trust humans. She is potty trained and crate trained. She loves to go for walks, sneak up on the bed the minute you're not looking, and kiss her humans on the chin. She is slow to warm up to men, and would prefer a home with older children (she's wary of loud noises and quick movements). She is looking for a home that will help her on her weight loss journey and will patiently introduce her to new people and experiences to help build her confidence.
Juanita is a 4-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $250 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Juanita is also tested with other dogs, children, kennel trained, and housebroken. She is not tested with cats. Sign Adoption Contract
The animal's medical records will also be released at this time. A one-week trial period is included with all our adoptions.

Pay Fee
This includes up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter, 4DX testing (for dogs), FeLV/FIV (for cats), and microchip.
