Jack is looking for his furever home.
This cute Flemish Giant mix boy came to us after we were contacted by Animal Care & Control asking if we could take a baby bunny with a broken leg. They informed us that they would put him down if we didn't take him, as they have no ability to deal with injured rabbits. According to the ACC officer, the bunny’s previous owner purchased him from Craigslist. Unfortunately this person did not know anything about rabbits, and ended up breaking his leg by mishandling him. People don't realize how fragile rabbit's bones are, and for this reason, and others, they do NOT make good pets for small children. Because the previous owner didn't have the financial means to treat the bunny, his only viable option was to surrender him to a shelter. He hoped that the bunny would receive proper care, not knowing that Animal Care and Control doesn't provide medical services for rabbits.
Informed of all this, we agreed to take him under our care. We immediately contacted our Vet to have him treated.
After an exam and X-rays it was confirmed that the poor bunny, who seemed to be about 8-10 weeks old, had a severe fracture in his back leg.
Thanks to God and our vets, Jack is fully recovered.
Jack is EXTREMELY sweet and loves to be petted. In return he will kiss you. ❤️
We love this little boy and promised him that we would find him the perfect home. A home where he will be loved and treated with respect and dignity.
Jack is about 5-6 months old, weighs about 6lbs, is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and pretty good with the litter box.
Do you want to give him a second chance? We can guarantee you that you will be adopting the SWEETEST bunny ever. 🥰

Our adoption fees are $100 for a single rabbit and $160 for a bonded pair which includes an examed, spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped bunny. A spayed or neutered rabbit makes a much better pet. If you are ready to make a ten year commitment and welcome a bunny into your family, we welcome you to fill out the adoption application. We will contact you to tell you more about our rabbits, conduct a phone interview, meet the rabbits, and set up a home visit. If everything approved you can take the bunny home.
