My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scarlett is one of 11 puppies saved from euthansia in an overcrowded shelter in Roswell, NM. She was raised in foster care there while they waited for the opportunity to come to WA to find their forever home. She was born on 6/18/24

Temperament/Personality: Scarlett is a sweet girl who loves to give kisses, steal your socks, and take naps on the couch. She is friendly to all people and dogs, although the loud noises of the city may cause her to become shy and cling to you. Her energy level would be good for someone who wants to stay active with their pup or at least have lots of playtime. No reactive tendencies or resource guarding.

What does the dog's ideal home look like? Scarlett would do best in a house or apartment which has lots of toys and people to give kisses daily.

What are the dog’s strengths? Very smart and food motivated. It will be easy to train her.

What is the dog still working on? Going to the bathroom outside very time. She does not alert you when she has to go, so it is best to take her out every few hours and keep puppy pads out in case.

If your foster were a celebrity, who would they be? Kristen Bell

If your foster dog were on a dating site, what would their profile say? I’m a sweet and sassy girl who wants to show you love every day. We can snuggle in the couch if you give me belly rubs. I will steal a toy from you if it’s the one I want — so you better be ready to share.

Beach or Mountains? Mountains as she loves to be active and did well with hiking.

Squeaky/Bouncy/Chewy, what do they look for in a toy? Squeaky, chewy and anything she can pull out the fluff.

Complete this sentence “My foster wishes they had a friend with whom they could share…” kisses and zoomies!

What’s your foster’s favorite dessert? Whipped cream pup cups

Adoption fee $600 (which includes up to date vaccines, microchip and spay voucher)

***reduced adoption fee to $400 if adopted by 11/27
