My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Paris came from our latest hoarding case, is thought to be an 8 month maltipoo, and is about 6 lbs, but could stand to gain a little weight. Due to ulcers, she is partially blind. While we are treating her for them, she will likely have scarring forever which will impact her vision. The ulcers may require life-long treatment. This doesn't stop her, as she gets around just fine. We are working on strengthening her muscles, as she probably was stuck in a crate or did not get enough time to walk.

She loves humans and will cuddle right up to them. She is very good with the dogs and cats in her household. As you can imagine from her situation, she is a little shy. We are still encouraging her to play more; she must not have gotten a lot of time to learn how to be a dog. The $300 adoption fee covers her spay, eye meds, vaccines, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, deworming medication, and microchip registration. If we find a good match for you, you can pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

Adopters fill out a no-obligation contract. If approved, they will fill out a contract for the animal. Adoption fees are $200 per dog ($250 for puppies 6 months and younger) and $60 for cats ($100 for kittens), which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, deworming medications, heartworm and flea preventative.

This is a small, foster based rescue run by volunteers. Please be patient as it may take a few days to approve your application.
