Meet Karmen, a sweet and affectionate dog who has been patiently waiting for her forever home for 2 1/2 years.

 

Despite her long wait, Karmen remains full of love and excitement for the day she finds her perfect match. Karmen is known for her snuggly nature and her love for playtime. She gets along well with some dogs and her playful attitude makes her a joy to be around. Karmen is a smart pup who adores toys and is always ready for some fun and games. With her loving personality and intelligence, Karmen is sure to bring endless joy to her future family.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Most of our animals need a little "extra" to be successful in a home environment - fill out an app to see if you might be a good fit!

2.

Interview

Depending on your app, we may schedule a phone interview to discuss the particular needs of the animal you applied for.

3.

Home Check

Quick home check to make sure that your place is suitable for their new animal.

4.

Approve Application

After you application is approved, we schedule a time for you to meet the animal.

5.

Take the Pet Home

We require that all of our potential adopters do at least a two week adoption trial period before finalizing.

6.

Sign Adoption Contract

After the trial period, if you decide to finalize the adoption we'll send you the paperwork.

7.

Pay Fee

After the contract is signed and their fee is paid, it's official!

Our support does not end at adoption. We continue to offer donation-based post-adoption services to help the new family. <3
