My name is Maddie!

Maddie is a sweet, curious, independent young cat that was abandoned outdoors when she got pregnant with 6 kittens. She has spent the last few months taking excellent care of her growing babies and is now ready to find her forever home. Maddie loves chin scratches, and once she trusts you, belly rubs. She does not like to be held; she loves to look outside and play with her mouse-shaped cat toys. Maddie is shy and cautious at first, but warms up quickly. She is quirky and playful, like a kitten, and she would do best with a friendly, easy-going cat companion, perhaps being adopted with one of her babies. (She is very attached to the females in particular) Maddie likes other cats and older children, 10 and up. She has not been exposed to dogs or small children. Because of her cautious nature, she would do best with older kids and mature adults, in a more quiet, relaxed home that honors her independent nature. After her bumpy start, Maddie is looking for a family she can truly call home.  Maddie is tested, spayed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped.  Her estimated birth date is 4/1/2023 and her adoption fee is $100.
