He can be at full speed, typically in the mornings. But he can also be the best cuddle buddy other times. He’s still a puppy so he’s got some energy to burn and enjoys good walks.
He’s very intelligent and super sweet. While watching tv, there was a scene where they were trying to catch a fly. “Breaking Bad”, I’m sure most people remember that episode. The buzzing was very clear and evident. He was hyper focused on the screen. Even some videos I’ve watched on my phone will stop him in his tracks. There was a silly train video with horns and whistles. He just stood there and was so in-tuned with the sounds the video made. Just mesmerized by it, it made me smile. 😊
JD is a cuddle buddy. Whether on the couch or in bed. But he is a snorer.
He’s still working on basic puppy stuff like potty training, table manners, and appropriate chewing. He does well if he’s got plenty of toys to chew and he is happy to play fetch with a ball as well.
He’s a goofy boy that has a fantastic dismount from the couch. He likes to slide his back legs off the couch. Front paws go down first, then the back half just slides off. And then it’s a big thump on the floor. It’s rather amusing to watch.
JD is an overall great puppy that will be an awesome companion for many homes.
