For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
What is the best of the best - Supreme! Her back end has seen better days but her front is nothing but smiles. Supreme gave her best dance moves and wiggles in her shelter audition. She is a friendly hungry gal. Supreme isn't jumpy which we love. She allows handling all over and even lets us dress her up in a Viking helmet (watch her other video). Tolerant of a less than great life doesn't mean she shouldn't have the best of the best. We need her life to match her energy!
Came in as a stray on 9/6/24.
Found near 9100 S Commercial, Chicago
Adoptions are walk-in 12-6 daily at 2741 S. Western Ave. Chicago, IL
Email visitcacc@cityofchicago.org for more information.
The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.
All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs.
Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
