Starry is a beautiful older kitten with so much love to give! She enjoys curling up in your lap, wandering around the house to explore, and playing with any toy that she can bat around. She's still young so she has higher energy than an adult cat. But she's pretty good at keeping herself occupied when needed. Starry has lived with other cats before and has done well with them! But she may be okay as an only cat as long as her humans have time to dote on her regularly. She has met young kids and done well with them too! We haven't seen her around dogs while in rescue but she's so easy going that we think she would do just fine with dogs after the initial intro period!

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed.
