My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a lively and confident companion who will keep you active and entertained? Red, our spirited Australian Cattle Dog, is ready to find his forever home and embark on endless adventures with you! Red would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of physical exercise and mental enrichment. He’s perfect for individuals or families who love outdoor adventures, such as hiking, running, or agility training. A home with a yard where he can run and play would be ideal, but he’ll be happy anywhere he gets lots of attention and activities to keep his mind and body busy. If you’re looking for a lively, affectionate, and loyal companion to share your adventures, Red is the perfect match. His positive social skills and energetic nature make him a wonderful addition to an active family or individual’s life.

More about this rescue

We are Northern California's first No Kill dog and cat rescue and adoption shelter. As a 501(c) 3 non-profit animal shelter, we transfer in dogs and cats from public shelters where they are in danger of being euthanized due to space or financial limitations. We then provide them with the best possible care and enrichment until we can help them find their forever homes.
