My name is Rosie!

I adopted Rosie about 4 years from the Greensboro Animal Shelter. She was under weight and had a skin infection that took quite some time to clear up. Not all of her hair grew back. She is still missing some hair on her back and tail. She was used for breeding and had two litters before I adopted her. She is fearful of people but not at all aggressive. She warms up once she knows the person can be trusted. But absolutely loves kids and other animals.

She's a wonderful dog and I love her to life but, I started a new job that has me working 12 hours most days and I unfortunately can not afford to pay someone to walk her.

I would love to see her go to a home with a backyard where she can run and play small with children 7-12 years old. She still has a lot of energy and loves the exercise. She also loves walks in the woods and water.

I hate to part with her but I don't think it's fair to her that she doesn't get the exercise that's she needs.
