Meet Ms. Piggy!!!
Miss Piggy is one loving girl who came in to the rescue along with all her siblings. We named them after the Muppets. They are all just amazing, big, and loving.
Miss Piggy is one of the smallest siblings, but has a heart of gold. She enjoys running around with her friends and siblings. Miss Piggy does not care for toys currently, as she is all about her people. Loves getting pets, kisses and cuddles. She is a typical pup who will run around and be a typical pup, but then will take a nap. She cannot wait to have a home to cuddle up on a couch or with her humans. Miss Piggy would benefit from training classes, as every pup does. She would love to learn commands and how to be the best girl ever going forward. We take pups seriously as they cannot be left alone for longer periods of time during the day. We require socializing, fun time, napping, training and attention.
Apply for Ms. Piggy today or one of her siblings. She cannot wait to find her forever family to grow up with and make all kinds of amazing memories. She is up for adventures and family trips. Don't miss out on this sweetheart!!

More about this rescue
Fetching Hearts Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer run rescue that is dedicated to saving dogs who have been abused, neglected or abandoned and finding loving, caring homes for them.
We rely on a network of foster families so that each dog that we pull into the safety of our rescue is placed in a foster home and is no longer confined to a life in a kennel.
We are committed to helping dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes by partnering with shelters and animal control services right here in Connecticut as well as with several high kill shelters in the South.
We do a full assessment of each dog's temperament and health to ensure that we are able to find the most suitable home for them. Every dog is fully vetted - meaning they are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and micro chipped - before being adopted.
The ASPCA estimates that approximately 3.3 million dogs in the United States enter shelters each year, of which approximately 670,000 are euthanized*. Our goal is to advocate for and provide education about the need for spaying and neutering to eliminate what has become an epidemic of unwanted dogs.*
