Meet Benjamin 🐾❤️
Benjamin is a bright-eyed little explorer who just needs a chance to shine! He was rescued after spending months in the shelter, but you'd never know it from his curious and upbeat personality. Benjamin is one of the sweetest boys you’ll meet and just needs someone to give him the love and attention he deserves. Whether adopted solo or in a pair, Benjamin will bring a lot of joy to any home!

About the boys
Benjamin and his brothers Jack, James, and William were rescued from OC Animal Care after spending months being overlooked simply due to their appearance. They came to us in July 2024, to get them out of the shelter and show them some more specialized TLC. Now over a year old, they’ve spent most of their lives in a shelter or rescue, but they still have plenty of time and love to give! Don’t let their looks fool you—these hamsters are just as sweet and deserving of love as any other. Adopt them solo, in pairs, or in their groups of 4!

Our adoption requirements are (1) cage that meets or exceeds 450 square inches for dwarf hamsters and 600 square inches for Syrian hamsters (2) safe and appropriately sized wheel. Solid running surface; 8" for dwarves, 12" for Syrian hamsters (3) nutritious food. We recommend Mazuri/Higgin's Sunburst

We are Snow White's Rescue Cottage, a rescue for dwarf hamsters located in Camarillo, CA. We pull hamsters from local owners as well as LA County Shelters, and we typically have over 100 hamsters!
