Meet Chocolate, a black kitten with a playful, curious, and adventurous spirit. She loves spending time playing with her 3 other sister siblings and playing with various crinkle toys, tunnels, wand toys, and chasing lasers. When she is not making mischief running after her kitten siblings, playing, and running around, she has a really calm and affectionate side and enjoys extended time cuddling and purring at your side or in your lap. She is easily startled and one of the most shy acclimatizing to her foster home, but do not let that shy or more apprehensive demeanor throw you off. She is a cutie, will call for you and follow you around, is tolerant and gets a long with kids but would probably be better with older children and likely benefit from slower introduction when it comes to other animals.
Origin story: She was born to a little-torti cat along with one other black and two little tortie sister siblings sadly were abandoned and quickly rescued from a high-rise building by the parking garage. They were a bit scarred after first, she took her own path to acclimating to each of her foster family members, thus needing her forever home to come with acceptance to her unique approach to warming up and loving her new potential forever home with you!
Special Needs: Chocolate and her siblings all tested positive for feline leukemia likely due to circumstances born to momma cat who was positive. As such, she is a special needs cat and will need to be in a home that is able to accommodate to either being the only cat or to a home with other leukemia positive cats. She is young sweet kitten who at present is full of life and showing no active signs of illness.
