Meet Sirius, a fun-loving, energetic, and intelligent boy! I love running and playing with my siblings, but don't let my energy fool you-I can be a couch potato too. I'll cuddle with my small humans or relax on my bed when inside. My foster mom says I have great indoor manners for my age and I learn new commands quickly (I already know sit, shake, lay down, come, and "no"!).
I enjoy walks and am getting better on a leash with some patience. My favorite activities are playing in water and chewing on toys. I get along well with other dogs and even cats! At bedtime, I prefer my bed over a kennel, and I'm good at letting you know when I need to go out during the night. I'm still young and learning my size, so I'd do best in a home with kids over six or a family with a big yard or an active lifestyle.
Sirius was born May 2024 and is located in a foster home.
Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. If you are adopting a puppy all puppy vaccines are covered as well.

More about this rescue
We are a 501c organization that saves pets from high kill shelters, off the streets and also accept pets as owner surrenders so they do not have to step a foot in the shelters. We believe all animals deserve a good life and we strive to give them one! We give them any medical attention they may need, including spay/neuters, a microchip and vaccinations and find them a forever home.
