Meet Red ❤️
Passionate and playful, Red has always lived life with intensity. Whether she’s exploring her cage or enjoying a good snack, she’s a hamster that loves to live in the moment! Red was rescued back in August 2023 along with her sisters, just in time to avoid a tragic end at an LA shelter. Now a senior, she’s starting to show her age with a bit of gray, but she’s still got so much love and energy to give. Adopt Red and be part of her beautiful story!

Our adoption requirements are (1) cage that meets or exceeds 450 square inches for dwarf hamsters and 600 square inches for Syrian hamsters (2) safe and appropriately sized wheel. Solid running surface; 8" for dwarves, 12" for Syrian hamsters (3) nutritious food. We recommend Mazuri/Higgin's Sunburst

We are Snow White's Rescue Cottage, a rescue for dwarf hamsters located in Camarillo, CA. We pull hamsters from local owners as well as LA County Shelters, and we typically have over 100 hamsters!
