I'm a sweet, affectionate, and loving cat. I've had a hard life and I'm looking for a quiet home where I can feel safe.
My story is so sad it could be a country song. I was badly bullied by adult cats before I was 8 weeks old. I was then adopted and returned several times for various reasons. I seem to be a target for bullying so would do best in a home with no other cats, or cats who are exceptionally friendly and patient with other cats (and even then, I'd need my own space where I could go and decompress if I get overwhelmed).
My foster mom strongly advises that I start out in a small space. I get scared if I have too much room and then I don't use the litter box. I started out in my foster mom's office and it was too big and overwhelming for me. She then moved me to a small bathroom and I settled in there very well. She slowly increased my access to the house, and now I haven't had a potty issue in a very long time! Foster mom knows I want to be a good girl and was only doing it because I was so scared. However, I've come a very long way in my healing journey and I'm ready to be adopted.
I believe my family is out there, but I'll need a lot of help to find them!
