My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ollie is a cuddly, big-eyed cutie that runs to the door when you come home, squeaking with excitement in hopes of being the first one scooped up for cuddles.

Rescued from a yard at 8 weeks old (where he, his mama and siblings were lovingly watched over by a kind 80-year old veteran), Ollie is used to being showered with socialization and love by his work-from-home foster mama.

Ollie is a human-centric kitty who loves to snuggle up close, flop into your lap and look at you with his big doe eyes. He's used to being picked up and showered with kisses. A most respectful kitty, he licks his churu treats gently and puts his little paw out for his nails to be clipped. He has learned to come when called and even if he's all the way across the house, he will bound over at the sound of his name.

Ollie is mega photogenic and draws a chorus of "awwws when he walks in the room. He loves to play with his wand toy, and his favorite game is chasing your hand underneath the covers. His coat is quite rare with a bengal-like pattern, and his little spotted tummy is adorable. Ollie is also a talented biscuit-maker, clocking in about an hour a day's work at the biscuit factory.

Ollie shares a special bond with his kitten sister Willa. Entertaining each other for hours on end, and holding each other through the night, these two are a dream addition to any household. Ideally, he would be adopted alongside his sister Willa KRLA-A-7486 .

The adoption of Ollie and Willa comes with free cat-sitting as needed from their foster mama.

Ollie can't wait to meet you! Please contact his foster at fionawilson@live.ca.

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
