My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Goose, a 3-year-old bully mix with a heart as big as his smile! This wonderful boy is full of joy, always wagging his tail and spreading happiness wherever he goes. Goose has a special way of loving everyone he meets, from people to other pets, and his easygoing nature makes him a fantastic fit for any family. He's playful without being overwhelming, bringing just the right balance of energy and sweetness into every moment.

Goose is not only lovable but also smart-he picks up on things quickly and is eager to please. His happy-go-lucky personality and gentle spirit will no doubt bring endless smiles to his future home. Already neutered and up to date on vaccinations, Goose is ready to be the loyal, fun-loving companion you've been searching for. This sweet boy is bound to make his forever family very happy!

More about this rescue

The vision of Animal Compassion Team has been years in the making, shaped by hard work, heartbreak, and an unwavering love for animals. Despite the challenges, we chose this path because saving lives matters—it's that simple. Every dog, cat, and animal we rescue reaffirms our commitment to making a difference. In August 2009, we took a leap of faith and became a 501(c)3 non-profit, ready to turn hope into action. Each life saved makes every effort worthwhile, and we look forward to sharing countless happy endings.

Our Mission Statement
To provide a safe haven for animals of all breeds and species through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary. To advocate for humane treatment, promote the human-animal bond, and educate about kindness, compassion, and responsible pet ownership, emphasizing spaying and neutering. Together with other rescues and shelters, we strive toward a no-kill nation.
