Here's what the humans have to say about me:

King is a sweet boy born to a semi feral momma we rescued. He was born 8/13 and is being neutered 10/16. He will then be ready for his forever home. Great with cats, litter box trained and has had some exposure to dogs. He will have age-appropriate shots as well.

More about this rescue

Passion for Pets Rescue (PPR) is a non-profit (501c3), insured and state licensed rescue, run by volunteers. We are a small group of like minded folks with big hearts. PPR does not have an actual shelter, all of our dogs are either in foster homes in Maine or with our Southern partners in Mississippi.

PPR covers all medical expenses. The majority of the dogs we rescue require immediate veterinary care. Skin infections and internal parasites are common occurrences. We pay for all spay & neuter surgeries. PPR makes sure all dogs are given age appropriate vaccinations, as well as, preventative medication for Heartworm and external parasites.
