Meet Burton – Your Adventure Buddy!

Burton is a playful, energetic pup who loves the outdoors and is always ready for fun! He’s smart and eager to learn, already mastering basic commands and improving on the leash. He’s nearly house-trained, gets along great with other dogs, and loves making new friends – both human and canine.

Though he has some puppy energy, Burton’s sweet nature shines through. He’s great with kids and enjoys running, playing, and even jogging by your side. With a little training, his playful jumping and nibbling will settle into perfect manners.

Burton is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and waiting to meet you! Stop by CASPCA between 12-6 PM daily to see if this fun-loving pup is your perfect match. 🐾

Additional adoption info

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.

We strive to set a standard of excellence and leadership in animal care, humane education, and progressive animal welfare programs. Our staff and volunteers are passionate about caring for the animals in our shelter and placing them in good homes.
