My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

911 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED RIGHT NOW!
Charlie arrived at a southern CA shelter with a leg injury. His only chance of escaping euthanasia today is a foster offer for the rescue in the Palm Springs area (Twentynine Palms) who wants to save him. As he will receive surgery at a So Cal vet through the rescue (rescue pays for all medical), a So Cal foster is needed for him to recuperate and bring back to vet check up visits. Charlie is a young, healthy happy boy - just watch his video. His only chance is a foster offer this morning. His rescue has been trying to find a foster but so far no one has stepped up. Please reply immediately if you can foster Charlie post surgery.

Additional adoption info

Upon initial inquiry on one of our pets, we begin the process by having all potential adopters complete an adoption application. If approved, we then set up a face to face meeting with the pet you are interested in. A home and yard check is required prior to adoption. Once adoption is finalized, an adoption fee is collected, an adoption contract is agreed to and signed by both parties, and the animal is turned over to it's new adoptive owner/family. Follow ups take place during the first month to insure the pet and the household is adjusting to the pet, and any issues, questions or concerns are addressed.
