For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Super friendly 11 lb void, 3ish years old. Talks all the time, loves scratches, and is generally well tempered with my male cat, not so much my little female. She is very timid so it is probably more her than Pumpkin. He is a picky eater but I can tell you what he will eat (finally). Also a picky bathroom boy. This is the main reason I would like to rehome him. I cannot keep the other cats from using any of the 4 boxes so he randomly pees in my bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. I have moved boxes around the house, used different litter (and boxes), but he still just randomly pees outside the box. He has been to the vet twice and they did not find anything wrong so he is probably just picky.
I think he may be best suited in a home by himself? I rescued him from the Montgomery County shelter where he was abandoned, so I have no idea what his life was like before me.
He comes with the dry food I have already purchased. I can throw in a food dish and litterbox if needed.
