Meet Penelope,

This very sweet girl came to the BC SPCA Kelowna Centre to find her a new and loving home - yours? We do not know anything of her background, but since her arrival, we have found her to be a joyful gal who loves snuggles. She does get a bit scared at loud, random noises such as those orchard cannons and fireworks. Penelope is done with having puppies and has been spay and ready for someone to love her and only her - not her puppies. We are confident that once you meet Penelope and get a hug from her, you will make that adoption decision on the spot. Please consider giving this huggable pitty the home and love she so richly deserves.
