My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Extremely playful and cuddly

Hey there!! I'm Scoobie......

I'm a 8-9 month old Corgi mix, looking for my forever home! I haven't had a lot of socialization, so right now new people and new dogs make me nervous. But with a little patience I warm up and will fall in LOVE with you. I do well other dogs of all sizes, with proper introductions. My foster mom is currently working on socializing me with other humans and dogs and I'm doing so much better than I did when she first got me.

I still have a lot of puppy energy, so a good walk once a day, along with some obedience training will help tire me out. I am currently learning how to sit on command, crate, wait to be let out of my crate, and wait before eating my food. Foster mom calls this impulse control and supposedly it will help make my new family really happy, so I'm am putting in all the effort to master it. I walk pretty good on a leash, but can always use a reminder to not pull on the leash. I enjoy playing with other dogs, its my favorite thing to do. When I can't play with dogs I like to cuddle with my humans, and play with the flirt poll foster mom. I also look puzzles, and learning new things. If I get super excited I do tend to go after the humans heels, which is typical for my breed. After all corgi's are part of the herding breed class.
