Kobe is a beautiful, young Shepherd who was surrendered by her owner due to his declining health. He loves her very much, but wants her to have the best life.

Kobe LOVES other dogs and is a great tester dog when new dogs arrive. She loves to chase and fetch balls, especially ones that squeak. She also LOVES to play in water.

Kobe is a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she knows you, her love and devotion knows no bounds.

The ideal home for Kobe would be a calm, quiet all adult home with one or more dogs and a big yard.

Kobe is spayed, microchipped and UTD on vaccines. If you want to meet Kobe, complete an application at jellysplace.org. Qualified applicants will be contacted.

Adoption process requires an interview with adopter, ad adoption agreement, plus spay/neuter deposit if animal is not spayed/neutered.

Jelly's Place is a rescue and No-kill shelter founded in 2017 to be an advocate for the lives and dignity of urban animals who are homeless, abandoned, impounded, sick, or injured, by providing responsible care, placement, and community education. Its founder, Julie Bainbridge, has been rescuing and fostering animals since childhood. She has rescued, fostered, and /or raised all kinds of animals, including baby squirrels, raccoons, pigeons, chickens, geese, ducks, skunks (yes- skunks), wild and tropical birds, pigmey goats, mice, snakes, rabbits, dogs, and cats. Some animals are cared for by volunteers in their homes.
Jelly's Place is named in memory of her beloved English Bulldog who crossed over the Rainbow bridge in 2016. Jelly's Place is a 501 (3)(c) nonprofit organization and donations are tax deductible.
Jelly's Place depends on donations, grants, and volunteers to foster and care for animals.
